Warehouse Associate / Production Generalist

Location: Marietta, GA
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Overview

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the finance technology industry to hire motivated Warehouse Associates / Production Generalists for a high-volume production environment. In this role, you’ll support critical operational workflows by helping ensure materials are processed, assembled, packaged, and delivered accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, assemble, and package materials in a high-volume production environment

• Follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy

• Inspect materials and completed work for quality and completeness

• Maintain productivity standards while meeting production deadlines

• Accurately update systems and production documentation

• Escalate production issues, discrepancies, or concerns to leadership as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Support team operations and adapt to changing production priorities

• Work independently while contributing to overall team success

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, assembly, or manufacturing experience

• Experience working in high-volume operational environments

• Familiarity with quality control procedures and production processes

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
