Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Grand Forks
Salary: $75k
We are partnering with a well-established hospitality organization with a diverse portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues across the region.
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, execution, and performance of all food and beverage operations within a high-volume, multi-outlet hospitality environment. This role oversees restaurants, lounges, banquets, entertainment venues, and special events, ensuring consistent service standards, strong financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring visibility on the floor, strong organization, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing guest volumes, staffing needs, and operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets to ensure consistent execution and service standards
Lead and elevate guest experience initiatives across restaurants, lounges, banquets, and events
Manage full departmental financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost control
Analyze monthly financial results and implement action plans to drive profitability and efficiency
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop food and beverage team members and leaders
Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and leadership development
Partner with culinary leadership on menu planning, pricing, promotions, and special events
Manage inventory controls, purchasing, waste reduction, and equipment oversight
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and liquor laws and regulations
Collaborate with other departments to support overall property operations and guest satisfaction
Participate in Manager-on-Duty coverage as required
Qualifications:
6–10 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience
Multi-outlet, hotel, resort, casino, or high-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, and P&L performance
Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams
Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest service standards, and compliance requirements
Hospitality management education preferred but not required with equivalent experience
