Inventory/Shipping Clerk

Job Title: Shipping & Inventory Data Entry Associate
Location: On-site (100%)
Schedule: Full-time | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

$22 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Inventory Data Entry Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role is hands-on and fully on-site, combining data entry, inventory management, and shipping/receiving responsibilities to ensure accurate and efficient product flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry related to inventory, shipments, and product tracking
• Manage and maintain inventory accuracy and integrity
• Execute all shipping and receiving activities
• Pick, pack, weigh, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Ensure all shipping documentation is completed accurately and filed properly
• Create UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL shipping labels and documents as needed
• Verify accuracy of outgoing shipments, including items and documentation
• Label all outgoing packages clearly and correctly
• Conduct regular cycle counts as directed by the Shipping Manager
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, outages, or discrepancies
• Maintain organized records of all shipments and inventory activity
• Keep packing and shipping supplies fully stocked and in order
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or inventory preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL)
• Basic data entry and computer skills
• Ability to lift, pack, and move products as needed
• Team player with strong reliability and work ethic

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
