- High-Earning Oncology Practice: 589,000 base salary plus uncapped wRVU incentives, with current physicians earning between 767,000 and 1.14M annually
- Established Patient Demand: Step into an existing patient panel supported by a referral network serving more than 1.2 million people
- Comprehensive Oncology Team: Collaborate with 3 local oncologists, 14 system-wide physicians, 17 APPs, and dedicated oncology pharmacy support
- Efficient Practice Model: No procedures, ambient AI scribe technology, limited administrative responsibilities, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, 8 weeks PTO, 2 weeks CME, and multiple retirement plans
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Eligible for Idaho medical licensure
- Interest in treating solid tumor malignancies
- Interest in clinical trials participation welcomed but not required
