Job Title: CDL Team Lead
Shift / Hours: Monday-Friday, 6pm – 6am
Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay: $21/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CDL Team Lead to oversee daily yard management operations and support the efficient movement of equipment, raw materials, and finished goods. This role is responsible for coordinating team activities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and serving as a key resource for team members during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily yard management operations
• Promote OSHA, environmental, and workplace safety standards
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Assist with transportation routes and logistics coordination as needed
• Identify and communicate operational issues or concerns to leadership
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely data entry for all yard transactions
• Monitor and coordinate equipment movements, deliveries, and yard activities
• Support equipment maintenance scheduling, reporting, and operational readiness
• Serve as a point of contact for team members regarding yard operations and workflow
• Maintain compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and government regulations

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A License required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven record of reliability, strong attendance, safe work practices, and solid job performance
• Ability to coordinate equipment movements and delivery schedules in a fast-paced environment
• 3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, yard management, or traffic coordination preferred
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety requirements, and yard operations is a plus
