Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A .4 Special Education teaching role is available for the 2026-2027 school year at an elementary setting serving a vibrant learning community near Saint Paul, MN. This contract position is ideal for someone passionate about individualized education and excited to work closely with students requiring specialized support.
The role seeks a candidate who can be on-site in a classroom setting for partial days, five days per week. Professionals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) teaching background are especially encouraged, although applicants with other valid Special Education licensures will also be considered.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching licensure (ASD license highly desired; other licensures accepted)
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
