We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Stony Creek, Virginia for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite opportunity offers the chance to work with a diverse K-12 student population across a small number of school sites while making a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success.

Position Details
• Full-Time, Onsite Position
• School Year: August 3, 2026 – May 21, 2027
• K-12 Caseload
• Assigned to 1-3 School Sites
• Collaborative Educational Environment

Responsibilities
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student success
• Support students' communication, social, and academic development
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education requirements

Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Virginia SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure
• CCC-SLP preferred
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
