Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Scheduler for a direct hire opportunity in Renton, WA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented construction scheduling professional who enjoys working closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to keep complex commercial construction projects moving forward.

The Commercial Construction Scheduler will develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules from preconstruction through project completion. This position offers the opportunity to support a growing construction team in the Seattle area while contributing to the successful delivery of commercial projects through strong planning, schedule analysis, and proactive risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and update detailed commercial construction project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software.
- Create baseline schedules during preconstruction and monitor schedule performance throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Identify critical path activities, schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts to project milestones.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to collect updates and confirm project progress.
- Prepare and present schedule reports, forecasts, recovery plans, and schedule impact analyses.
- Support project teams with resource planning, activity sequencing, documentation, and schedule alignment with contractual requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $95,000 to $130,000 per year.
- Location: Renton, WA.
