Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this position, you will:
- Provide specialized instruction to elementary-aged students in a supportive and welcoming educational environment.
- Collaborate closely with fellow educators, staff, and families to develop and implement effective individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth and independence.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continued success and engagement.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to remain current with best practices in special education.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid teaching licensure in special education or an applicable alternative licensure.
- Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher (ASD experience strongly preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to working on site for five partial days per week.
- Passion for helping students overcome learning challenges and celebrate their strengths.
