Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician

In this role, you won't just be filling prescriptions-you will be front and center in ensuring our members receive accurate orders right on time. As our order volume continues to scale, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver an uncommonly seamless, modern pharmacy experience.

• Order Management: Efficiently process, pick, and pack prescription and OTC medication orders for shipment in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

• Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with pharmacists, operations, and care teams to quickly troubleshoot order and shipping issues.

• Safety & Accuracy: Work side-by-side with licensed pharmacists to ensure the safe, precise, and timely dispensing of all medications.

• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with a unique, multidisciplinary team of doctors, engineers, and product managers to optimize the pharmacy workflow.

• Patient-First Focus: Maintain an organized work environment and find creative, professional ways to deliver the best possible experience for our patients.

• Licensure: Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (Certified Pharmacy Technician - CPhT is a strong plus!).

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

We value predictability but need a touch of flexibility to keep things running smoothly. Advanced notice of at least two weeks will always be provided for any changes to your regular schedule to help cover holidays, team PTO, or staffing needs.

Available Shift Structures:

• Shift A: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (plus 1 Saturday every four weeks, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

• Shift B: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (plus 1 Saturday every four weeks, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
