Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Monday–Thursday | Remote Friday

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Claims Specialist with advanced EXCEL to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with healthcare industry experience who enjoys working with patients, managing data, and utilizing advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients.
  • Accurately enter and maintain healthcare-related data.
  • Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets and reports.
  • Analyze and organize information using formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
  • Assist with patient inquiries related to healthcare services and coverage.
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Qualifications:

  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
    • Formulas and functions
    • Pivot tables
    • Spreadsheet creation and maintenance
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid programs.
  • Previous healthcare customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
