Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students in the South and Central Seattle areas! This is an opportunity for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to make a direct, positive impact throughout the 2026-2027 school year. You'll work on-site with a diverse group of moderate-support-needs students, providing high-quality services to help them succeed in their academic and daily living skills.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Current ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
• Experience working in school-based OT settings preferred
• Passion for fostering independence and supporting students with special needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational abilities for managing moderate caseloads across school sites

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs
• Assess students’ functional abilities and create targeted intervention plans
• Work closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to develop strategies for classroom success
• Travel among campuses in the South and Central Seattle areas as assigned
• Document interventions and progress monitoring in compliance with district procedures
• Contribute to IEP meetings, providing expertise and insight for goal-setting

This contract role offers consistent hours (30 per week) from August 27th, 2026 through June 18th, 2027, with the unique professional fulfillment of directly supporting school communities. As an on-site provider, you'll witness your impact each day as you help students grow and reach new milestones.
