Job Description

We are seeking skilled Avionics Technicians to join our team and support our BEST program by performing phase maintenance and modification/installation on UH-60 helicopters. The role involves installing glass cockpits and autopilot systems to ensure the highest standards of aviation excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform phase maintenance on UH-60 helicopters.
• Conduct modification and installation tasks on avionics systems.
• Install glass cockpits and autopilot systems.
• Ensure all work is completed to aviation standards.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years experience in avionics modification and installation.
• Proficiency in working with UH-60 or similar rotary-wing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with radar, navigation, and communication systems.
• Must possess own tools for avionics work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with various helicopter platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of avionics systems and components.

Work Environment

Work in an aircraft hangar with a Monday through Thursday day shift schedule. Choose between first and second shifts, with the second shift offering a $1.50/hr shift differential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Guntersville, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
