Medical Assembler - Weekly Pay!!

Weekend Day Shift: Friday-Sunday; 6:00am - 6:30pm; $17.60/hr

Job Description

I am seeking motivated candidates to join our client's team of Medical Assemblers, where you will produce Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment. You will play a crucial role in our production process by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and blueprints to ensure high-quality manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, operate machinery, assemble tubing and connectors, package, and inspect products according to blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Use tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.
• Follow all safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Ensure product quality by cooperating with upstream and downstream stations for mutual inspection, finding and correcting quality errors, and recording and reporting problems promptly.
• Accurately document tasks in the Production Control Documents (PCD) as they are performed.
• Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities, including 5S activities.
• Work effectively as part of a team in the manufacturing process, assisting with training and mentoring co-workers.
• Focus on personal development through timely and proactive completion of training.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general production, assembly, and packaging.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and various production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom PPE standards.
• Capable of standing for the majority of the shift and performing repetitive tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.40/hr.
