- Apply problem-solving skills to address routine issues in inventory, equipment, or workflow and escalate when necessary.
- Previous manufacturing experience required, with strong preference for prior food manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Experience operating manual and power pallet jacks, as well as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, with approximately 50% of the role spent on forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50–55 lbs on a continuous basis as part of daily material handling tasks.
- Proven communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a strong willingness to solve problems and support team objectives.
- Basic reading and math skills to interpret labels, counts, and documentation accurately.

- Ability to work 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Curiosity and a strong interest in gaining new skills and learning new processes across different lines and departments.
- Previous food manufacturing experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with food safety standards.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
- Comfort working with warehouse production processes, including lifting boxes and general material handling.
- Ability to adapt to a skills matrix environment where cross-training and development are encouraged.
Employees join a climate-controlled, smaller facility that fosters a close-knit, family-oriented culture where teamwork and growth are valued. A structured skills matrix provides clear opportunities to cross-train on different lines and in various departments, helping employees build new capabilities and increase their earning potential over time.
