🛠️ What You’ll DoNo two days are the same! You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our facilities stay safe, functional, and efficient.
- Respond to and complete maintenance work orders across multiple buildings
- Take ownership of general facility upkeep and improvement projects
- Perform hands-on repairs, including:
- Painting, drywall patching, and general fixes
- Installing fixtures (TVs, whiteboards, signage, etc.)
- Furniture assembly and filter replacement
- Handle basic electrical work:
- Replace outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures
- Complete plumbing repairs:
- Fix leaks, adjust toilets, and maintain minor systems
- Identify HVAC issues and coordinate solutions
- Partner with and oversee vendors to ensure high-quality work
- Use a CMMS system (via iPad/iPhone) to track and manage work orders
- 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete repairs independently
- Experience using hand and power tools with confidence
- Comfortable using mobile devices for work tracking
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Experience working with vendors/contractors (preferred)
- Familiarity with CMMS or building systems (a plus)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
