A precision manufacturing company in Schaumburg is looking for a skilled 2nd shift CNC Operator. We are seeking a reliable professional with 4-axis experience who can perform independent machine set-ups and troubleshoot alarms to manage the production process from start to finish.

Schedule:

2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:00PM

3rd Shift: 11:00PM-7:00AM

Your Responsibilities

• Set up horizontal milling machines and install tool registers, offsets, and compensation
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to G-code programs
• Troubleshoot CNC alarms and prepare tooling or fixturing for upcoming jobs
• Follow documented work instructions to ensure all parts meet customer specifications
• Observe all safety rules while standing for long periods of time during the shift

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience working with 4-axis machines and FANUC controls
• Proficiency in setting up machines with little to no assistance
• Ability to perform simple programming tasks and program edits
• A high school diploma or GED is required for this position
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
