Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students with moderate support needs in a vibrant school community near Seattle, WA. This onsite position runs from August 27th, 2026, to June 18th, 2027, and offers 30 hours per week across schools in the South and Central Seattle areas. You’ll play a pivotal role in empowering students alongside a dedicated team of professionals.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current, valid Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Active Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
  • Previous experience delivering OT services in a school setting preferred
  • Understanding of the needs of students requiring moderate support
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite exclusively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive OT support to students across assigned schools according to IEP goals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document ongoing progress and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Adapt strategies and materials to maximize student engagement and independence
  • Empower students to develop functional skills for classroom and daily living success
