Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students, both individually and in small groups
• Complete assessments, write evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate communication goals into the classroom
• Maintain documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
• Deliver consultative and coaching support to educational staff regarding communication and language development
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing caseload management
