Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license for the state of Montana (or eligibility to obtain)

- Commitment to collaborative and inclusive practices
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for varying student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students, both individually and in small groups
- Complete assessments, write evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate communication goals into the classroom
- Maintain documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Deliver consultative and coaching support to educational staff regarding communication and language development
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing caseload management
