Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold or be eligible for appropriate state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though strong new graduates will be considered
- Comprehensive understanding of assessment, intervention, and Individualized Education Plan (IEP) processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, caregivers, and support staff
- Committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for students of varied backgrounds and needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions for students across K-12
- Write and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support professionals to ensure student goals are met
- Offer guidance and resources to classroom teachers to facilitate carry-over of speech and language strategies
- Participate in meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and advocate for student needs in the educational setting
