Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold or be eligible for appropriate state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist

• Comprehensive understanding of assessment, intervention, and Individualized Education Plan (IEP) processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, caregivers, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions for students across K-12
• Write and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and IEPs

• Offer guidance and resources to classroom teachers to facilitate carry-over of speech and language strategies
• Participate in meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and advocate for student needs in the educational setting
