Compensation & Benefits:

• $700,000 +

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensiveneurosurgical care, including both surgical and nonsurgical management ofcomplex conditions
• Collaborate with amultidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
• Participate in shared callcoverage to ensure high-quality, continuous patient care
• Contribute to ongoingquality improvement and evidence-based best practices within the department

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from anaccredited institution
• Completion of anACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency
• Fellowship training in asubspecialty (spine, cranial, or endovascular) preferred
• Board certified or boardeligible in Neurosurgery
• Strong clinical and surgicalskills with a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Excellent interpersonal andcommunication abilities to foster patient education and team collaboration
• Ability to work effectivelywithin a multi-specialty practice setting
