🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll have a hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same. Responsibilities include:

• Creating and testing lab-scale samples for research and customer projects
• Supporting product development and manufacturing processes
• Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment to keep everything running smoothly
• Documenting work clearly through lab notebooks and digital records
• Running calculations (including basic stoichiometry) to support production
• Conducting research and problem-solving using technical resources
• Partnering with manufacturing, research teams, and leadership to deliver results
• Ensuring everything you do meets high safety and quality standards

We’re looking for someone reliable, curious, and eager to learn:

• 1–3 years of lab experience (school labs or internships count!)
• Basic understanding of lab procedures and equipment
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working on multiple tasks at once
• A team-player mindset with solid communication skills
• Willingness to take initiative and solve problems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
