Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year supporting students across K-12 grade levels. Multiple full-time positions are available for experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide direct, in-person services, fostering student growth in a dynamic school environment. Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid Washington State SLP License
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required
- Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI prior to start
- Experience providing therapy in school settings, supporting K-12 students
- Commitment to in-person delivery of services
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Serve a caseload typically ranging from 48-60 students per SLP
- Deliver therapy and intervention services in accordance with IEP goals
- Effectively document progress and maintain communication with IEP teams, families, and school staff
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
- Participate actively in meetings, professional development, and compliance procedures
Assignment Details:
- Contract runs the complete 2026-2027 academic year
- Four full-time roles available at 37.5 hours per week
- One full-time position available at 0.7 FTE
- In-person work required at all sites
