Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year supporting students across K-12 grade levels. Multiple full-time positions are available for experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide direct, in-person services, fostering student growth in a dynamic school environment. Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid Washington State SLP License
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required
  • Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI prior to start
  • Experience providing therapy in school settings, supporting K-12 students
  • Commitment to in-person delivery of services

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Serve a caseload typically ranging from 48-60 students per SLP
  • Deliver therapy and intervention services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Effectively document progress and maintain communication with IEP teams, families, and school staff
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
  • Participate actively in meetings, professional development, and compliance procedures

Assignment Details:

  • Contract runs the complete 2026-2027 academic year
  • Four full-time roles available at 37.5 hours per week
  • One full-time position available at 0.7 FTE
  • In-person work required at all sites
