Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide essential services within a supportive K-12 school environment. This contract position runs from August 27th, 2026, through June 18th, 2027, ensuring consistent support across the academic year. The role involves working onsite alongside passionate educators, with a focus on moderate support needs students in South/Central Seattle.
Key Requirements:
- Hold an active Washington OT license
- Possess current ESA certification
- Prior experience or strong interest in school-based occupational therapy
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Professional, reliable, and committed to student growth
Core Duties:
- Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to assigned caseload
- Assess students’ needs, develop actionable IEP goals, and monitor progress
- Work seamlessly with teachers, parents, and administrators to foster optimal outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Provide support across several schools for moderate support needs students (K-12)
- Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in school-based OT
