Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Bring your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist to a rewarding full-time contract role supporting students near Great Falls, MT. This position begins August 2026 and features a K-12 caseload, offering the opportunity to positively impact students at various developmental stages.

Ideal candidates have proven skills working within school settings, delivering Speech Language Pathology services to children and adolescents. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to help students reach their communication goals and succeed academically.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Prior experience in a K-12 educational environment preferred
  • Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech/language disorders
  • Comfort using school-based therapy tools and IEP systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy to students across grades
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes as required by school regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Engage families to support student success beyond the classroom
