Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This short-term contract opportunity focuses on providing essential ESY (Extended School Year) services from July 6th through August 6th. The schedule is tailored to offer an excellent work-life balance, with workdays Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm—perfect for those seeking meaningful employment with flexible hours.

What you'll bring:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience working in a school environment or with school-aged children
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as required
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other specialists to support student progress
  • Accurately document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student development and recommendations
  • Foster an inclusive, encouraging atmosphere that promotes student participation and growth
