We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support material movement and production operations at our Columbia City facility. Candidates must have prior forklift experience and a strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and attendance.

Warehouse Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.92 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:00pm)

• This is a Warehouse Position with occasional forklift use. MUST Be willing to work different positions
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Supply production lines with materials and remove finished goods
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Perform inventory and warehouse support tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety and quality standards

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience
• Ability to safely move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements
• Clean criminal background required
