Caregiver Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: My 76-year-old husband has vascular dementia. He is independent in all ADLs, is verbal and mobile. He has diabetes and uses an insulin pump. He primarily needs reminders and reorientation. He still loves to do things - walks, fishing, horseback riding. About the care needs: The more outdoorsy they are the better. They should know there way around a kitchen. Services needed include: companionship.
