About who needs care: Advanced Parkinsons Dysphagia, feeding assistance some days Stand and pivot, need a sturdy caregiver to help stand with gait belt until we get a lift. Difficulty with speech, can type to communicate on bad days About the care needs: Someone with a sense of humor, able to straight cath and give meds (pre sorted) in applesauce. Help with toileting, bathing. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
