Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Provide comprehensive care for neonates in a Level III NICU environment.
  • \n
  • Administer medications including anti-seizure medications, antibiotics, and surfactants.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for respiratory, radiology, and social services support.
  • \n
  • Perform procedures such as APGAR scoring and umbilical line care.
  • \n
  • Support high-risk deliveries and manage neonatal emergencies efficiently.
  • \n
  • Monitor and maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system.
  • \n
Qualifications\n
    \n
  • 2 years of NICU experience required, with at least 1 year in Level III NICU.
  • \n
  • Current BCLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required.
  • \n
  • Experience with Epic charting system and advanced neonatal care skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage central lines and perform spinal taps and intubations.
  • \n
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patient care skills.
  • \n
  • Willingness to work weekends as necessary to meet unit needs.
