🏥 Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Access Hospital (ER Experience Required)📍 Facility Overview

• Setting: 19-bed Critical Access Hospital
• Patient Population: Inpatient, Outpatient, Swing Bed, and Emergency Department

👩‍⚕️ Required Experience

• Must have Emergency Room (ER) experience (mandatory)
• Ability to function across multiple care areas:
  • Emergency Department (primary requirement)
  • Inpatient care
  • Outpatient services
  • Swing bed / transitional care

🏥 Role Responsibilities

The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care across all hospital units, including:

• 🩺 Emergency care and acute stabilization in ER
• 🛏️ Inpatient bedside nursing care
• 🏥 Outpatient treatment and procedures
• 🔄 Swing bed patient management and recovery support
• 🧠 Clinical assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care

⚡ Work Environment

• Small, fast-paced critical access hospital setting
• Requires strong clinical independence and adaptability
• Must be comfortable working in multi-unit coverage model
