Join Our Dynamic Night Nursing Team!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Exciting opportunity for a Flex RN to float between various medical and surgical units!\n- Work 12-hour night shifts from 1845 to 0715.\n- Scheduled for 36 hours per week following the first week of orientation, with no guarantee of hours.\n\nGeneral Responsibilities:\n\n- Provide exceptional patient care across multiple units.\n- Engage in a variety of procedures required by each unit.\n\nUnit Details:\n\n- Medical Unit: 77 beds\n- Laulima (Surgical Acute) Unit: 18 beds\n- Cardiovascular Unit: 15 beds\n\nPatient Ratios:\n\n- Medical: 1:6 for days/eves; 1:8 for nights\n- Laulima: 1:6\n- Cardiovascular: 1:4\n- Ratios may vary due to unexpected leaves.\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Minimum of 2 years of experience required, with up to 10 years preferred.\n- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS \n- Preferred Certifications: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC\n- Active Hawaii RN license needed by the start of the assignment.\n\nEquipment Utilization:\n\n- Proficient use of Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vacs, and chest tubes.\n\nFloating Requirements:\n\n- Flexibility to float to Medical Unit, Laulima Unit, and Cardiovascular Unit on rare occasions.\n\nDress Code:\n\n- Professional nursing attire — clean scrubs.\n\nOrientation Program:\n\n- Comprehensive orientation provided for each unit to ensure smooth integration into the team.\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):\n\nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
