Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver direct patient care and promote interdisciplinary team collaboration in a Level IV NICU.
\n
• Manage fluid levels and ventilation, including handling fresh tracheostomies.
\n
• Provide complex medical and surgical care, including post-cardiac and abdominal procedures.
\n
• Float to PICU, CICU, and acute care floors as needed to ensure optimal patient coverage.
\n
• Ensure compliance with facility guidelines and healthcare standards through accurate documentation.
\n
• Participate in orientation and comply with training requirements, including EPIC charting.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Valid WA RN license or compact state license required prior to start.
\n
• Current PALS and BLS certifications.
\n
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience, with 3-4 years preferred in a Level IV NICU.
\n
• Experience with surgical neonates and high-acuity patients required.
\n
• Proficient in ventilator management and telemetry experience necessary.
\n
• Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs, including to other ICU environments.
\n
