Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Background & Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in educational or pediatric settings
- Confident supporting school-age children with diverse needs, including individual and group interventions
- Proficient in assessing, planning, and implementing treatment strategies for fine and gross motor development
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Well-versed in both traditional in-person therapy and teletherapy delivery
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop therapy plans to address students’ unique motor and sensory needs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy sessions in classroom and virtual environments
- Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to the IEP process
- Advise teachers and caregivers on adaptive strategies to maximize student participation and success
- Participate in ongoing professional development to ensure best practices and compliance with educational standards
