Froedtert ThedaCare, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for our Fond du Lac, WI location. Practice Highlights:
Clinic Hours: M-F 7:00a-5:00p
Call Rotation: 1:10 with all other primary care physicians in the NEMG group.
NEMG Fond du Lac Services:
In this role, you'll have the backing of a respected health system, and the collaboration of collegial Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians. We're committed to giving you the tools, staff, and support you need to focus on what you do best - caring for patients.
Practice Highlights:
- Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
- 1.0 FTE consists of 35 patient contact hours
- Can accommodate a four-day work week
- Join an established team of 2 physicians and 4 APPs
- Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
- Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

Competitive Compensation and Benefits
- Income Details: a two year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice startup, transitioning to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
- Sign-on bonus offered to support a smooth transition into practice
