Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse in Interventional Radiology!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Are you a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse ready to elevate your career? \n- Join a dynamic team where you will make a difference in patients' lives through exceptional care. \n- Key responsibilities include:\n - Evaluating patients and supporting physicians with patient care.\n - Planning, implementing, and documenting personalized nursing care based on each patient’s unique needs.\n - Identifying patient needs and prioritizing care through comprehensive assessment and evaluation.\n - Developing and coordinating individualized plans of care through initial and ongoing assessments.\n - Performing therapeutic nursing interventions and managing patient care effectively.\n - Documenting care in alignment with established standards and clinical priorities.\n - Advocating for evidence-based care practices and embracing innovations in care delivery.\n - Delivering patient-centric care following a professional nursing practice model.\n\nQualifications:\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n- Minimum of 2 recent years in critical care, pre-op, and Recovery/PACU experience.\n- Strong background in Telemetry.\n- Must possess Telemetry certification.\n\nPreferred Skills & Experience:\n- 3+ years of experience in PACU preferred.\n\nEducation:\n- Required: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).\n- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).\n\nCertifications & Licensure:\n- Required: \n - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.\n - BLS - AHA.\n - ACLS - AHA.\n - PALS - AHA.\n - Telemetry certification.\n\nSchedule:\n- Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday.\n- No weekends or holidays.\n\nResponsibilities Include:\n- Admission assessment, IV placement, and procedure recovery.\n- Providing exceptional patient care in both preoperative and postoperative settings.\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
