OT Outpatient
Shift: 8am to 4:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm
Certs: OT KY license
Experience: 1 yr plus required, willing to accept 1st time travelers.
Inpatient/ Outpatient requirement: Both IP and OP. Adults and Geriatric cases.
