Requirements
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio.
- Certifications (Required):
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Vaccination Requirements:
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Medical/Religious exemptions only)
- Influenza Vaccine (Medical/Religious exemptions only)
