Talent4Health is seeking a travel Hospital Pharmacist for a travel job in Sitka, Alaska.

- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 10 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
4X10, 7:30am-6:30pm, coverage will include weekends and holidays and call time
Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required
Pharm.D. degree and licensure as a registered pharmacist.
Candidates licensed prior to 2003 with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree will be considered with 3 years of experience in hospital and/or ambulatory clinic pharmacy. There is no equivalent substitution for the degree.
An unrestricted license as a registered pharmacist in the State of Alaska
Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
Completion of a nationally recognized (by ASHP) pharmacy residency program preferred.
