American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with an active Hawaii SLP license and at least 1 year of recent experience for a 14-week hospital-based travel assignment in Kula, HI.
Details- Hospital setting located in Kula, Hawaii
- 8-hour day shift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, including weekends
- 40 hours per week
- Epic EMR is used at this facility
- Active Hawaii SLP license required (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of SLP experience within the last 3 years
- Active licenses and certifications required at time of consideration — pending credentials are not accepted
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- Local candidates are welcome to apply, as the local rate is the same as the travel rate
- Candidates who have worked at this facility as a contingent worker may not exceed two years of total assignment time without a 90-day break — this applies regardless of whether work was continuous or completed across multiple assignments with gaps of less than three months
