Requirements\n

- Active RN license required. \n
- Previous DON/ADON or nursing leadership experience strongly preferred. \n
- Long-term care/skilled nursing facility experience preferred. \n
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, infection prevention, and quality improvement. \n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. \n
