REQUIREMENTS: 

• Chemistry, hematology, Blood Bank experience preferred
• 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE
• Associate degree from an accredited Medical Lab Technician program or equivalent from an institution of higher education as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education preferred.
  • 1)     Valid MLT certification through TN State Licensure, ASCP, AMT,AAB, HHS, or equivalent accrediting agency required.  TN State license is preferred.
  •  OR
  • 2)    Meet CLIA - On or before April 24, 1995 be a high school graduate or equivalent and successfully completed an official U.S. military medical laboratory procedures training course of at least 50 weeks duration and have held the military enlisted occupational specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist (Laboratory Technician)
