Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care to post-partum and laboring mothers.
\n
• Support and assist during cesarean sections and high-risk deliveries.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy and respiratory services.
\n
• Float within the hospital to meet facility needs while maintaining a focus on Labor & Delivery unit obligations.
\n
• Ensure proper documentation and utilization of the EPIC charting system.
\n
• Monitor and manage labor processes including administering medications and assessing fetal heart rate patterns.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Active CA State RN License (required).
\n
• Minimum 1 year experience in Labor & Delivery.
\n
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and AWHONN Intermediate required.
\n
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system.
\n
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet staffing requirements.
\n
• Experience in managing post-partum and antepartum patient care.
\n
