Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide care to labor and delivery patients, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
\n
• Circulate during cesarean sections and manage patient care post-operation.
\n
• Float to different units as needed to meet facility staffing requirements.
\n
• Maintain clear communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
\n
• Document patient information accurately using the Epic charting system.
\n
• Educate and support new mothers in newborn care and breastfeeding practices.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current CA state RN license; no pending licenses accepted.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year experience in labor and delivery; postpartum experience preferred.
\n
• Certifications in ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, and NRP required.
\n
• Experience with Epic charting system essential.
\n
• Ability to work weekends and float across units as directed.
\n
• Strong skills in patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
\n
