Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Implement best practices for construction management and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
