Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop individualized care plans to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, and achieve functional goals.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and progress according to regulatory and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Active or soon-to-be active Physical Therapist License in California.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and team members.
• Commitment to continuous learning, mentorship, and evidence-based practice.
