Physical Therapist - IRG Silver Lake

THE POSITION: We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care and seeks continued growth in their professional skills. Our therapists evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments to patients suffering from injuries, disabilities, or diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury.

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to clinic standards.
• Comply with federal, state, and professional regulations.
• Contribute to clinic efficiency by assisting team members.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred: 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
• Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws.
• Ability to organize and perform tasks under pressure.
