Salary: $35-$40 per hour

PLS has been serving children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder in our 5,000+ square foot area learning center since 2017. We are looking for a dedicated BCaBA to join our clinical team. You will play a vital role in supervising RBTs, refining treatment plans, and ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care. You will work closely with our BCBAs to grow your clinical skills while taking on leadership responsibilities.

Essential Functions of the BCaBA position:

  • Serve as a vital part of a treatment team to make a big difference for children and their families
  • Instruct, motivate, and assist clients to learn using play and other naturalistic activities
  • Work with supervising BCBAs to implement learning interventions
  • Collect data for intervention analysis
  • Document progress on goals and other clinical documentation for patient records
  • Provide 1:1 and group supervision to RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity
  • Update and modify behavior intervention plans
  • Update and modify treatment plans
  • Assist in performing functional assessments and skills-based assessments
  • Assist in parent training sessions with the BCBA
  • Service as a leader within the Clinic and in the service locations.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active BCaBA Certification in good standing with the BACB
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload
  • Experience working with children/individuals with disabilities
  • Positive attitude, ability to work in a team and passion for making a difference
