Requirements:

Role Overview

Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist. Focus on improving mobility, function, ADLs, cognition, and strength while ensuring excellent patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver treatments according to established care plans
• Communicate patient progress with OT, care team, and families
• Complete timely, accurate documentation and daily billing
• Support care planning, discharge processes, and team meetings
• Educate caregivers and staff on functional and maintenance programs

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a flexible PRN role
• Availability for consistent PRN coverage, including weekends
