As a full-service machining supplier serving multiple industries and demanding applications, we’re looking for a hands-on pro who ensures reliability across machines and facilities.

Your Mission

• Pinpoint root causes of mechanical issues and map out effective repair strategies
• Repair CNC milling equipment across mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Apply your experience with Fanuc controls to troubleshoot and resolve faults
• Use hydraulic and mechanical blueprints to guide precise repairs
• Support facility systems—compressors, cranes, hydraulic pumps, and related assets
• Generate work orders and document all service actions for full traceability
• Team up with engineering to reverse engineer components when required
• Execute preventative maintenance plans across all equipment
• Spot unusual operating conditions and escalate to your supervisor

What It Takes

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 5 years of maintenance and machine repair experience
• Hands-on familiarity with Fanuc controls
• Strong mechanical aptitude with solid math skills
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and mechanical blueprints
• Personal tool kit as specified for the role

Preferred Strengths

• Experience with Fanuc ladders and parameter configuration
• Skill in machine geometry adjustments and/or rebuilds to OEM specifications
• Electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting
