Physical Therapist (New Grads Wanted) - Multiple Locations

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehab including manual therapy, functional movement training, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians to enhance clinical skills.
• Educate patients and families on recovery and long-term wellness.
• Uphold IRGs standards for patient-centered care and professional excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Interest in general orthopedics and manual therapy preferred.
• Desire for growth into specialty certifications or advanced practice.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to lift, bend, squat, reach, and perform physical demonstrations with patients.
• Comfort working at a computer station for documentation needs.
• Ability to provide own transportation to and from clinic locations.
